The prophet's pbuh mothers

A man came to the Prophet and said, ‘O Messenger of God! Who among the people is the most worthy of my good companionship? The Prophet said: Your mother. The man said, ‘Then who?' The Prophet said: Then your mother. The man further asked, ‘Then who?' The Prophet said: Then your mother. The man asked again, ‘Then who?' The Prophet said: Then your father. (Bukhari, Muslim).

In Islam we sisters all know what important part mothers play. They are the bedrock of the home and family and without them and their hard work to feed, clean and clothe the family and the home everything would be topsy-turvy. Mothers deserve our love and respect for all they have endured for and from us.

"We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents; in pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth" (46:15)
The prophet pbuh had four women who played the part of a mother to him in his early life to the time of marriage.I would like to dedicate a part of my blog to each of these special women.

These women are Aminah bint Wahb, Haleemah as Sa'diyah, Barakah (Umm Ayman) and Fatimah bint Asad.

The Prophet Muhammad said, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him: Your Heaven lies under the feet of your mother (Ahmad, Nasai).
